Open to students in grades 4-8: "Photography in Profile"-- As part of this course, students will learn the basics of photography, while they study famous photographs of children around the world and the cultures from which they come. Students will experiment with making their own "photographic images" first on cyanotype paper, and then they will capture images of individuals in their lives. On the last class, students will have a "Photography Exhibit" where they will frame their favorite image and tell the others in class a story of what the photo represents to them.   Cyanotype paper and disposable cameras (for each student) included in the course fee. Class is limited to 14 participants.
